To provide our Virtual Top-Up (VTU) and digital services, we may collect the following types of information:
Payment and Wallet Funding: BBSUB does not directly collect or store users' bank card numbers, card security codes, bank login credentials, or other sensitive banking credentials.
When a user registers for BBSUB, an automatic virtual account number may be provided to the user for the purpose of funding their BBSUB wallet. Users can transfer funds to the provided account using their preferred banking channel.
BBSUB may receive transaction references, payment status, or other limited transaction information from supported payment providers in order to confirm and credit successful wallet funding transactions.
We use collected information for purposes including:
BBSUB provides an internal wallet feature that allows users to add funds and use their available wallet balance to purchase supported VTU and digital services on the platform.
After registration, a user may receive an automatically generated virtual account number for wallet funding. The virtual account is provided to facilitate deposits into the user's BBSUB wallet.
Users are responsible for initiating transfers to their assigned virtual account through their preferred banking or payment channel. BBSUB does not request or require users to provide their bank card numbers, card security codes, bank passwords, or online banking login credentials within the BBSUB application.
BBSUB may receive limited information such as payment references, transaction status, amount, and other information necessary to confirm and process wallet funding transactions through supported payment providers.
Wallet balances are intended for transactions within the BBSUB platform. Where supported, users may also receive commission or cashback balances and transfer eligible balances internally to their main wallet for purchasing supported services.
BBSUB is not a bank and does not provide traditional banking, loans, investment, cryptocurrency, or bank-to-bank money transfer services.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers when necessary to provide, process, secure, and operate BBSUB services.
Information shared with third-party service providers is limited to what is reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, process transactions, maintain security, or comply with applicable legal requirements.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
These measures may include HTTPS encryption, secure password storage, transaction PIN protection, access controls, database security, and other appropriate security practices.
We retain personal and transaction information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain accurate transaction records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
Where information is no longer required for these purposes, we may delete or securely dispose of it in accordance with our applicable data retention practices and legal obligations.
BBSUB provides users with an account deletion request option directly within the application.
To request deletion of an account, the user must log in to their BBSUB account, open the Profile section, select Delete Account, and confirm the request by entering their account password.
After the password is successfully verified, the user can submit the account deletion request. The request will then be reviewed by the BBSUB administration team.
Once the request is approved, the user's BBSUB account and eligible associated personal information will be deleted in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
In certain circumstances, deletion may require additional review where necessary to protect against fraud, resolve disputes, maintain required transaction or accounting records, or comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
Information that is required to be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or transaction-record purposes will only be retained for as long as necessary for those purposes.
BBSUB is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, technology, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.
