BBSUB is a Virtual Top-Up (VTU) and digital services platform designed to provide convenient access to everyday electronic services.
Through BBSUB, users can purchase mobile airtime and data bundles, subscribe to supported cable TV services, pay supported utility bills, purchase supported exam PINs, and access other digital services made available on the platform.
BBSUB is a digital service platform and is not a bank. The BBSUB wallet is not a bank account, savings account, investment account, or a general-purpose money transfer account.
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions:
BBSUB operates as a prepaid VTU service platform. Users first fund their BBSUB wallet and then use the available wallet balance to purchase supported digital services.
For example, a user may add funds to the BBSUB wallet and use those funds to purchase mobile data, airtime, cable TV subscriptions, electricity services, exam PINs, or other supported VTU services.
The wallet system makes it possible for users to complete VTU transactions quickly without having to make a separate payment for every individual service purchase.
Users may add funds to their BBSUB wallet using the supported payment and funding methods provided by the platform.
Funds added to the wallet are intended primarily for purchasing VTU and digital services available through BBSUB.
The BBSUB wallet should not be considered a bank account, deposit account, investment account, or cryptocurrency wallet.
Wallet funds are used to pay for eligible services within the BBSUB platform. Users should only fund their wallet with amounts they intend to use for available BBSUB services.
Where the platform provides commission or promotional rewards, eligible commission or reward balances may be applied or transferred internally to the user's main BBSUB wallet balance for purchasing supported services, according to the applicable BBSUB rules.
Prices of VTU services may change from time to time due to changes from network operators, service providers, utility providers, taxes, technical costs, or market conditions.
BBSUB aims to provide reliable service at all times. However, temporary interruptions may occur because of network outages, maintenance, third-party service providers, payment gateway problems, or other technical circumstances beyond our control.
Users should contact BBSUB support when a transaction is charged but the requested service is not successfully delivered.
Verified failed transactions may be reversed or credited back to the user's BBSUB wallet, subject to transaction verification and the applicable service provider's response.
Successfully delivered digital services are generally not refundable because of the nature of electronic VTU services.

Some services available through BBSUB may depend on third-party network operators, utility providers, cable TV providers, payment providers, or other service providers.
BBSUB is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by third-party systems that are outside our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BBSUB shall not be responsible for indirect losses or damages resulting from third-party network outages, service provider failures, payment gateway interruptions, technical failures, or incorrect information supplied by a user.
BBSUB may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, services, technology, or applicable requirements.
Updated terms will be published on this page. Continued use of BBSUB after an update means that the user accepts the revised terms.
